Do you do any off-bike fitness or training that helps with your cycling routines?
I got into trail running last year and even ran my first half-marathon. I'm training this year for a 50K trail run. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time - haha. I am also a big hiker and backpacker. I hike every weekend and try to do overnight backpacking when it's a bit warmer outside.
I feel my trail running and hiking complement my cycling routines.
How about you all? What off-bike fitness are you into?
